Plenty of landlords build a block and then leave tenants to chase a phone number when the rent query or the leaking roof turns up. We do it differently. Every Jakobz tenancy runs on a proper management system, so leases, invoices and repairs are tracked rather than remembered.

That comes from being part of Kokeb Enterprises, which works across construction, real estate and energy in Zambia. The construction side builds it; the realty side runs it.
